Been wanting to try this place for a year now (noticed it while driving on 130). I grew up with a Chicken Holiday in Franklin Park in the 90s (RIP Bruno & Wayne’s Chicken Holiday). I’m glad this place has gotten such positive reviews, definitely made me want to try it even more. I ended up getting the Deluxe Chicken Dinner (4 piece with fries and a roll) as takeout. When I walked in, it was like I was transported back to the Chicken Holiday I was familiar with. The crinkle cut fries were just like I remembered and the chicken was moist with crispy skin. Will definitely come back when I’m craving comfort food and nostalgia

This place is Amazing the Owner His staff the Fish and chips no need for tarter sauce iam ordering wings and ribs now to go! In Nj must stop and try not a big city feel played back kinda country atmosphere Sorry iam a food critic and chef and cant say enough about this place!! 5 stars Truckers!!! There is a parking place in front behind Medi mart turn around for the Rig how nice is that!!

My family has been coming here since before I was born and whenever I feel like a treat I head on over. Their ribs are DELICIOUS. Their fries are awesome. Really most of their food is phenomenal. Def go if you have the chance. Owners are awesome too

Read the reviews on here and since I’ve rarely, if ever, seen a place with ratings like this I figured I’d give it a try. Got the 3 piece combo and have to say the chicken was great. Tasty and juicy yet somehow fully cooked. The chicken is dry at a lot of chicken places but not here. Give it a shot. I bet most things on the menu are going to hit the spot.

I was working an Uber shift last night and a customer spoke highly to me about this place so I just had to go, the place did not disappoint everything was great starting with the customer service which in my opinion is the most important thing in any business. The food was amazing as well it was fried chicken without any of the excessive greasy feeling that some other places give you. Definitely a place that you want to check out if you’re in the area.

This place has great fried chicken flavor in East Windsor. I used to eat there when I was a young kid back in the 1980s. As times changed, chicken holiday’s chicken flavor never bogs you down and their restaurant still remains at the same location. The macaroni salads taste excellent. Would go there again. The only drawback here is the service’s a bit slow, due to lack of staff working inside.
