If you’d like your food done correctly, and delivered in a timely manner I wouldn’t order from here. The first time it was every single thing I ordered and paid for that was messed, when I called all they wanted to offer was store credit, I spent well over 70 dollars. Giving them the benefit of doubt I called ordered the same thing this time, they only messed up one thing but still, and it has taken near 2 hours for them to bring that 1 thing.

The pepperoni and cheese on the pizza was the only thing cooked. I got a deluxe and added all the toppings were thrown on cold. The pizza was cold. $38. Won’t order from here again.

We ordered a taco pizza several time and we have called about the salsa and sour cream that they forgot to send with it. Talked to a lady who said she was a manager/co owner but never got no where with her. Even I have asked for it when ordering but still nothing. What good is taco pizza without it. We order a few times a week but after last night will be trying elsewhere. Pizza was good but no goodies to go with it.

The quality of food isn’t bad the problem is getting your order right. I posted a picture of a Big Daddy that was supposed to be covered with extra cheese. You be the judge, does it have extra cheese? Some of the pieces barely had cheese at all. I believe in 2nd chances but they can’t seem to get an order right here. You just want what you pay for.

I called to order lunch for my break an hour ahead of time. Not only did it take 70 minutes instead of the 40-50 mins but when I got it it was cold. Cheese hard bread chewy cold! The kid got out of his car did not say one word to me until I handed him the money and then said thanks and headed back to his car. Now I’m a good tipper. I worked in the food industry when I was younger and fully intended leaving him all the change ……But when it’s late and foods cold and not even an I’m sorry I should of only gave him half of what I was. And I’m sorry but when has it become proper to just assume the customer doesn’t want their change! Don’t even ask me if I want change. How about give me my change and I’ll give you a bigger tip than just assuming you get to keep my change!!! Unless ofcourse it’s 20 minutes late and cold ! And I still gave him 10$!

Twice now we have ordered salads and did not receive dressing. The first time they were nice and credited back our salads. This time though it was legit like it happens daily and gave us $2 credit for dressing. Wth who sends out a salad without the dressing?! !
