Very cute hole in a wall kind of vibe. Note if you sit outside in the back corner area, bring bug spray because it seems to be a mosquito hangout area. Food wise the quality seems to be consistent with the previous restaurant, however, food portions have drastically decreased. I suggest ordering appetizers and desserts because meal portions are small. In addition the menu rotates so rely heavily on the suggestions from the staff. The cocktails were the same as before, very refreshing and curated well.

I’ve been wanting to visit Poppy since the moment I heard the owners of Salt were opening a restaurant at this location and I am so glad that I could celebrate my birthday with my husband for their Sunday brunch!

Everything was exceptional! I can’t wait to go back. I was so excited to finally try Poppy a Salt+ Restaurant. We were able to sit outside with perfect weather on the beautiful patio with an open kitchen and vegetable + herb garden. I highly recommend you try everything!!

Listen, these gals know what they’re doing to make dining out an amazing experience. Spacious, gorgeous, patio area, garden spot, inside beautiful decor, dog & kid friendly, lovely staff, delicious dishes & drinks. You will keep going back because it is so good, all around. Something on the menu for everyone ❤

Unique Cleveland restaurant in the Larchmere neighborhood. Cozy and quaint ambience in an old home. The eggplant and tofu plus the claims with bone broth were tasty starters. The walleye was excellent but the star of the meal was the pork chop! Amazing!

We had a beautiful meal! Service was great even with the rain we encountered. Beef cheeks and lamb burger were delicious! Great appys of flatbread and roasted veggies. Yummy drinks!

This place is simply amazing. The vibe is a cozy, warm atmosphere with cool music and really terrific menu options. The menu itself is simple with options from smaller shareables to entire entrees depending on your level of hunger-but the descriptions and presentation of everything has you wanting to order the entire menu.

Great date spot! Beautiful beautiful building and even better food! High quality ingredients put together by a talented team that knows their way around the kitchen. The menu accommodates your taste and diet without leaving you hungry – simply put Jill and Jess are at the top of their game with their newest spot (spring 2023)

Wow oh wow oh wow. I was excited for a Salt “East Side Edition”, but even I couldn’t imagine how much I would enjoy walking here from home, and how much better the layout is than the former restaurant which occupied the space.

I wanted to like this more than I did. I have enjoyed Salt and was excited to try this new addition. However, my experience was just okay. For the money spent, there are other options that are better. First, we went specifically to celebrate a birthday. We put it in the reservation and it was acknowledged by the hostess but our server didn’t bring a candle when we ordered dessert which disappointed the birthday girl. The menu has a nice mix of vegetables, fish and meat. We started with the white bean puree which was our favorite although a little skimpy on bread. We also has the Walleye and the Halibut. After tasting both, consensus was Halibut is better. Walleye was bland and the greens were too bitter. I probably will try again in another season but won’t be back for this menu.
