Like many businesses, this McDonalds has scaled back the number of employees per shift. It has a direct result in the customer service, wait times, cleanliness, and order accuracy. Seeing a small line, I ordered via the self-serve kiosk. I wasn’t able to customize my meal by adding a slice of cheese. Surprisingly I received my meal before I could request my customization verbally. The manager was helpful but couldn’t take cash for the addition because the cashier’s terminal screen was wonky and she was sending people to the credit card-only kiosks. A woman who only had cash was waiting for the terminal to reboot. Twenty minutes later, the woman was still waiting at the front counter when I finished my meal and she had just starting giving her order.

Burger was dry, fries were undercooked and soggy. Took about 20 minutes to get the order. Half the tables were dirty or had staff sitting at them. Was a surreal experience of how a business should not be run visiting this location. Also, the fryer cook who kept running orders out to cars never once washed his hands when he reentered the building. And only one of the eleven employees I counted was wearing a hat or hair net.

Extremely slow service. You have to wait 30′ in your car just for them to take your order. They unapologetically take orders from several cars that arrived after you. This place works on a first come last served basis. If you point it out, you just get ignored.
