You know what you’re ordering and fully understand you’ll only get the right order about 25% of the time. But I don’t go for the wonderful service, nice people or beautiful atmosphere. I go there because I love bells and if a taco place has a bell in the sign, I’m there. Which is strange. Has anyone been to a taco bell where they had an actual real bell on top? I can tell you, I’ve never seen one. They could atleast have a tostada shaped like a bell. They’re losing out on a niche demographic of customers. I have preached about this on my blog too many times to count.

Hey Lawton Taco Bells do better! I get this is probably not one’s favorite job, however, if you work here it is your job. Those who work at this Cache Rd location are SO rude. The one person who is nice told me she is leaving.. ugh! We waited one night for over 20 minutes for our food. Sadly, once you order you are STUCK! Then for rudeness at the window & your food to be trash.. yeah. We will be taking a break from eating here.

This is the nastiest thing I ever attempted to eat, plus they got my entire order wrong (DoorDash) I ordered chips and cheese, beef burrito, 3 tacos with onions and 15 sauce packets! I received cinnamon twist, rice burrito (literally), 3 tacos no onions and barely any meat and 5 sauce packets!!! I will never waste my time on this TB again

I’m honestly so disgusted with this establishment. Both workers at the window are wearing white gloves that have yellowed without changing them or sanitizing between customers. Hand hygiene obviously means nothing to the managers here. Money and food handled by the same filthy latex gloves they’ve worn all day…

Ordered the party pack of tacos and every one of them had less than a table spoon of meet. It was pretty much all four tortilla or taco shell. Very disappointed and will never go back. Plus even if you tell them about it they really dont care.

I have visited a couple times since new management. Took me a while to go back. A couple years ago while in town I visited this location and it was lousy all around. It’s so different now great service and good food. So different from what it use to be. I was very impressed with it all. Thank you to the manager Chris and his night crew that served me.

The staff here is super friendly and they know how to make the food taste great every time I visit during my lunch break! They seem to have a more reliable timeframe to visit them now, where as before, I never knew when they would be open. The food takes a long time to come out, however.
