By far the worst Mexican Pizza I’ve received since they have returned. Yeah speedy service but way too speedy they didn’t even finish the cooking process. Cheese isn’t completely melted and the meat was liquidity. I like to have them add creamy jalapeño sauce and they barely put any on. Definitely not .45 worth!

I honestly know what what happened to this location. In my opinion it used to be the best but now whenever I go I can pretty much guarantee my order is going to be completely messed up or it’s going to take forever. I mean just tonight I ordered a cravings box. I specifically ordered no lettuce and I ordered no tomatoes on the chalupa that comes in the box because I’m allergic yet it was still messed up. I don’t know if it’s just laziness from the workers or what it is. Either way is very disappointing.

Don’t even bother going to this one late at night. Even though it’s the only location east side that is open after midnight you might as well consider it closed. I have gone there twice and been refused service through the drive through. Once we were sitting waiting to order for 26 minutes before giving up and pulling to the window. It was open and someone ran over to close it and we asked for our online order before he could close it and he told us they ran out of food and I would have to cancel my order. Another time I ordered through door dash. My dasher messaged me saying he was waiting for 45 minutes and they told him they weren’t taking any orders and doordash assist called the store for my dasher and ended up having to cancel the order. Don’t waste your time at this dump.

Literally sat in the drive thru for over hour. Within that time frame 6 cars where helped with 6 more in line waiting to be helped. 10+ minute wait per customer. The person in from of me ordered $14 in food not much food and I ordered 2 items. I pulled up at 12:18 am It is 1:15 am and I’m still in line. It’s not like I can leave because it’s one lane and a field without access.

Sat in the drive thru for like 30 minutes after placing an online order. Store closes at 1:00 but we pulled up to the speaker around 12:45 and they told us they weren’t taking any more orders and didn’t have our order. Girl, yes you did, we placed it a hot minute ago. My passenger is about to pass out from low blood sugar and I’m stuck in your driveway. I understand that places are understaffed and employees are overworked but homie. I’m trying to take care of my people within an extremely limited budget. If you’re not taking online orders then turn that function off. Don’t make me waste time, money, and gas that I don’t have.

Spit in the food. Tacos crushed, French fries served frozen. I just got that straight from the drive thru window. Staff here will curse you out.. and complain about doing there job. Management is awful and doesn’t care. This store should not be in operation if they are going to continue to put people’s health at risk.

Every single time i come to this location i ALWAYS have to pull around and wait another 30 mins for my mobile order. When i ask to cancel my order they say that they can’t help with that. One time i had a mobile order submitted 20 mins before i even showed up after waiting 40 minutes in the drive through to just get to the speaker they had told me that they have to close recook all food, and told me to come back later. It was already 1030 at night. I’m not sure what is going on but this location something needs to be done because this is insane.

Was charged almost 18.00 for 2 Gorditos and a number 2. Got home and there’s no Gorditos whatsoever! There’s a stinking burrito. I don’t like and didn’t order a burrito. I waited forever just to be Robbed and Disapointed. I’m calling corporate offices tomorrow.
