I got the cucumber limeade. Delicious and refreshing just like the description in the menu. Of course I had to get the hot Cheeto fries hellooooo!!! Goes without saying am I right?? I decided to stop at Zero Degrees and see what they had. I must say.. The Cookie Monster and the Garlic Fries were delicious. My daughter and I loved it. And the young cashier, Joe, was very helpful. Explained to me what was in the drinks. Even had some samples to try just if we didn’t like the drink. I really appreciated that. I think I went to the counter and ordered 3 different times. I told Joe excuse me but I’m sometimes IDK what I want. Especially being my first time there. He was very pleasant and understood. He definitely earned my business. Stay Blessed.

I have so much to say about his place. Way overly priced! Food is awful. Drinks are $5+ each, no refills, no regular sodas. The noodles tasted like used mop water! If you want wings, go to Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings so you don’t regret wasting your time and money. I doubt they have any repeat customers. You’ve been warned!

Came 7hr out of state for the Mother’s Day weekend and seen so many post about this restaurant and was very excited about trying it out. I purchased two drinks never tasting them before and wasn’t happy with one of the ingredients and didn’t take anything but one sip out of the drink and asked the young man (Xjkt name on receipt)who’s stated to be the only manager with no one higher than him that’s he couldn’t re make the drink or refund me and that there was nothing he could do and got upset when I asked to see the store policy on remakes or refunds and then was when he decided to grab on of the drinks forcefully, throwing it into the trash with it, spilling all on the floor showing signs of frustration. Even after I stayed calm and polite the whole time this was a very unpleasant experience and I will not advise others to come to this location.

From a service standpoint, Zero Degrees was great. On the downside to this, the food was really underwhelming. I ordered the chicken tenders with rice. The pictures of the tender should partly explain my distaste of the meal. I believe they are using tenders that are sort of like a chicken nugget from a fast food place. They take the meat, grind it, and then mash it into tender form and bread it. Also, you cannot order two of the tenders with the Nashville style sauce, and the other two plain. I have no idea why they wouldn’t allow me to do it, but they wouldn’t.
