The wait was a few minutes, but nothing to long to complain about. The employee at the window was cordial. I wanted a jack air freshener, but was told it can’t be purchased separately. I’ve purchased the jack antenna heads separately back in the day, so I was disappointed that I couldn’t purchase one.

This place is absolutely horrible. Workers read a text and got the order completely wrong. Ordered one all American ribeye and got the completely wrong burger. Then I ordered a jack’s spicy combo with cheese, and it came without any cheese, and it wasn’t even the right sandwich again! Ordered some tacos, never got them. Workers were all completely rude to me and my family. Never order from this location, even if you are starving to the core! All your food will come cold and chewy.

The manager had very poor communication skills, they stopped carrying the regular biscuit cheese and egg and now only use the cheddar biscuit, I had ordered the regular biscuit hundreds if times in the past and kept telling the manager that they used to carry it but she kept insisting they don’t carry it, she couldn’t understand that I was saying they USED to carry it in the past, poor service and communication on her part taking the order and communicating with the customer, clearly a language issue…

My drink and straw had brown stuff all over it, the patty on my jumbo Jack was definitely not fresh, the toppings were in one pile, my jalapeno poppers were way over cooked the cheese was no longer there and the girl at the window did not ask what sauce we wanted for our 2 chicken nugget orders so when we asked 3 times for buffalo sauce she kept trying to close the window like we were a threat then finally just said “HUH WHAT?!” like we were inconveniencing her. The time it took for our order I expected our food to be somewhere near decent but it was NOT.

This is a very poorly run jack in the box. I normally go to another one but stopped in here because they are across from HEB. There soda machine inside is rarely stocked so you have to rely on the staff to make your drink. The problem is they don’t pay attention to what you say. I ordered a mellow yellow zero with no ice and they gave me multiple different sodas. The first was a Hi C. The second was a small drink after I ordered a large. The third was a regular mellow yellow. I finally asked for a diet coke since that would be easier for them to understand. The problem is they literally walk away as you are talking to you so they don’t actually hear what you are requesting. I would have gotten the soda myself but the soda machine in the front never seems stocked.
