Pretty disappointed. I ate here years ago before they moved, and it was phenomenal. I had high hopes. The food is now mediocre at best. Salsa is weird and extremely watery. My husband’s pork was incredibly dry, and it seemed kind of old. My chicken was just okay. Also I think it’s crumby to make your patrons cover the fee for paying with a card. We were already paying for 3 meals, and and appetizer- almost $70. Luckily we did wind up having cash on us and avoided the $3 fee. Only real plus is the wait staff is friendly. Sadly we won’t be returning.

I had the beef and chorizo tacos and chicken enchiladas with a white sauce along with some margaritas. The restaurant is clean and inviting. If you’re lucky enough you get there when they’re making the tortillas on the machine. The food was good the drinks were great the atmosphere was a place you want to come back to.

This place has gone down hill in my opinion. Margaritas they were very sour and they didn’t or barely any salt on glass an you definitely need salt with it. Tamales used to be the best and they look amazing. But the ones that I always get when I was there didn’t hardly have any chicken in them it was 95 percent dough. This will be the last time we every go there. So disappointing.

First time at Papa Joe’s. Saram, our server was very welcoming, very attentive, gave great recommendations on food & cocktails. Chicken tortilla soup light but still hearty. Tacos you can change out toppings and tortilla shells. 3 tacos filling. Fajita salad amazing. No dressing needed. Portions large. All that left had a to-go box me included. Will be going back and highly recommend.

We are from Arizona and this is the closest we’ve gotten to having Sonoran-style mexican food since moving to the East Coast. It’s so wonderful to have a little piece of the desert here in Maryland, and so close to our house! The food is fantastic, the service is always top notch. Our favorite restaurant in Westminster by far 🙂

My family and I have been coming here for YEARS (since the restaurant has opened and I was a child) and it never disappoints us. The food is fantastic and always consistent. Service is wonderful too! Absolutely love this place! The fajitas in the ranchero sauce are so delicious if you love spicy! And the habanero salsa is great. Highly recommend

This by far is the best most authentic Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to!!!! And I’m from Texas right near El Paso and Laredo! The tamales in the husk omgggg I’ve never had them this delicious in an actual restaurant before! They are just as good as getting them at a local mom and pop place or at your abuelas house! I was so impressed seriously. The customer service was superb!!! My partner had tacos and the shells were authentic, fresh, and filled with meat! My go to spot from now on!
