This is by the worst Charley’s Philly Steaks I had. My sister and I went to get a simple Philly cheese steak sandwich and it was made very poorly by I don’t know the lady I believe. My experience eating the sandwich was disgusting and dissatisfying. The cheese was NOT MELTED at all. Our food was STALE and the meat was not fresh. The ingredients were just dumped in 5 seconds and the Mexican guy at the cash counter was speaking too fast.

Food is always great but today I did have a problem with their staff. Amber and Johanna are very unprofessional, Johanna had a careless attitude with my problem (food was made incorrectly) and Amber seems young and immature. They both gave me blank stares when I explained my food was made wrong and seemed dismissive like there was nothing for them to do to fix my problem. I was polite and simply wanted my food to be made the right way but because of how they treated me I asked for a refund. Clarissa the manager was on her break and took the time to get up and ask what happened. She was very genuine, issued me my refund and had my food remade quickly and correctly. She has exceptional customer service skills and I really appreciated her help and genuineness. Workers like Johanna and Amber really bring a business down and if it wasn’t for Clarissa my husband and I would have not considered going back to this location.

Delicious as always! Fresh ingredients, cooked well, with great service. Not sure why there aren’t more locations. Better than Papa Geno’s to me. The gourmet fries are a must try and the lemonade is awesomely refreshing. I am surprised they give refills on the lemonade. Cannot wait to come back

It has been a while since I have been to Charley’s but yesterday 03/20/2018 that I went it was truly the best sandwich I had. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and it was filled with flavor and juices. The staff were very friendly and energetic. The girl named Leslie who made my sandwich worked very fast and efficient and gave me everything on time. Before I ordered I was offered a sample which was the chicken California which was also very mouthwatering. 110% recommend this place to anyone best service and experience ever!!!. Can’t wait to comeback food is made with love>
