When you walk in you can immediately tell who the owner is because she glows with how much she enjoys seeing everyone enjoy the food. The space is decorated perfectly! You order at the front and then take your seat. We had our two toddlers with us and they were accommodating with high chairs. No booster seats yet but we made it work. Food was amazing and so beautiful! Service was so great and the owner even stopped the kiddos to give them a treat before we left. Will be returning!

KC Craft Ramen aims to bring understanding and appreciation for Ramen and Japanese food culture to the local KC food scene. The owner and staff put a lot of care and attention into flavor, presentation, and service. Ramen is still one of the few foods to make a larger debut in this area so this addition is very welcomed.

What a great experience! We loved it! I had the Tonkotsu ramen and hubby got the spicy red. It was spicy so he was very happy. We thought the wait was going to be long but they move the people through the restaurant efficiently so wasn’t long. Be prepared to be on a wait list. If you live close enough you could be on wait list while driving there. The app worked perfectly. Wait staff were amazing and the door greeter was doing a fantastic job of helping people get on the wait list. We will be back for sure.

Food was delicious, we ordered Kc bun, pork gyoza, spicy creamy chicken ramen. They have a simple menu which is made to perfection. The dumplings just melted in mouth. The bun has fried pork but I never had such juicy and tender pork before. The ramen is one of the best I had in OP and KC. This will be my go-to place for ramen. Also loved the double walled stainless water cups, instead of plastic or glass cups with dripping condensed water. Service was also extremely friendly. Very affordable.

This place has some of the best ramen I have ever had. Got the spicy one and the broth was so good. I came during the summer and actually volunteered to sit out on the patio because 1.) There was no wait 2.) Being from Arizona, 100 degrees in the shade was reasonable.(feels like 90…stay hydrated). It was so sweet of them to put out a small fan out of concern.
