Slowest Bojangles ever. Wait time is always 10+ minutes in the drive thru even when there’s only 2 cars, and somehow the food is always cold. Prices have become insanely high, $5 for a country ham biscuit, are they made of gold?! This location is also constantly out of items. Don’t bother with the chicken strips, they’re cold, stringy and dry. If you try to order inside, you’ll be ignored by staff that stares at you but doesn’t say a word until you repeatedly ask to order.

I think this Has to be the only Bojangles I’ve ever been to that is consistently horrible and never gets better every single time I go through it. The biggest thing people love about Bojangles is the seasoning on the fries and you don’t get any seasoning at all you have to ask for extra seasoning for then to even put some on it sometimes after you pay for it. Always slow and the older woman with glasses at the window hates her life so she’s gonna make sure to tell you about it on your way out with your Unseasoned fries and your cold chicken. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to go somewhere else and to eat here any longer.

Very rude employees who had an attitude as soon as we pulled up to the window. She acted high out of her mind. Ordered 3 sweet teas, they gave us coke then acted like it was our fault they gave us the wrong drink. Didn’t tell us thank you, have a good day or anything. Didn’t give us straws or any napkins. Dining room stays closed.

This is the best bojangles I have ever been to. Management, crew, and flavor of food was emaculate. Jalen is the best server on this side of heaven, she has the best customer service, I had a very unique issue and she solved it without breaking a sweat or stressing out any one.
