One of the smaller Moe’s I’ve been to. And was there AC? Plus there needs to be someone cleaning up the floors and tables. The place was filthy. But the food was good. Although I felt like I was in life for a while. Plus the credit card machine wasn’t working and the cashier didn’t know how to reset it. But 3 stars not because of the food. Everything tasted great. Just wish the service was better. Do something about online orders and customers coming in to order. Someone else needs to handle the online orders to get the line moving quicker.

I’ve been to this location plenty of times before and they definitely taste better than the Mechanicville location. I guess when I went this time, they must have been having a bad day or something. On this day the customer service was horrible. It was like they wanted to give you less than what can fit on the spoon. If you got steak….then you will be disappointed with what they called bouble meat.

With the recent lack of quality at Chipotle, we decided to give Moe’s a shot. (We used to be regulars at a NoVA Moe’s but since moving to RVA many years ago, just never went.). Holy smokes, it’s downright delicious. I have to say that it’s gotten better over time. The adobo chicken is amazing, the toppings are fresh and flavorful, and of course the chips and salsa are a great side.

First time in Moes grill in VA and it was just awesome ! Very quick and prompt service … quantity of the rice bowl and veggie was awesome . One couldn’t eat the whole bowl. Need atleast 2 people to share 🙂 veggies were fresh and the guacamole also tasted good . We also ordered chips and salsa … good parking facilities … moderately priced . Overall a good experience …

I’ve been eating Moe’s since the beginning of high school (over 10 years). Always get the same thing. Now, my kids enjoy it, as do I. But sadly, only one person said welcome to Moe’s, which was kind of depressing. There were 4-5 workers. Prices have skyrocketed and the customer service has lowered.

Moes is a great place to find a quick quesadilla. They are located beside Five Guys, and are easy to find a table on any given night. The serving size of quesadilla was pretty big which surprised me but made me happy at the same time. They provide free tortilla chips and salsa, which is awesome but I’ve been twice lately and noticed those free chips are usually broken up pieces of tortilla both times. I dont know if they provide seconds but they should since the pieces are so broken up into bits.
