Ordered last night 08/15 from the drive thru. Not sure of the gentleman’s name, a young Indian man who had nicely asked me to wait on the side of the restaurant. While I was waiting for my food I saw him quite literally run to a few other cars in the parking lot to hand them their order, as well as running to hand me mine. I’ve never had my fast food order ran to me while waiting. Absolutely not necessary, but it was refreshing to see someone so genuinely care about his work to make sure customers get their order fast as well to ensure his team doesn’t fall behind on a busy night. Truly a great employee you have there.

I was forced to go through the drive-through line after finding the restaurant lobby doors locked at 4:00 PM. Their order box impedes communication. I ordered a regular Whopper sandwich but I got the Impossible one instead. I asked for the manager or someone in charge since their system recorded the wrong burger. I told the woman in charge the story and thought she understood, but she was the one that filled my bag with a now cold impossible burger—that I noticed the difference in the meats right away. This ranks as one of my worst fast food experiences ever!

As a delivery driver, you’re better off rejecting ALL BK orders. Their instructions say to pick up at the counter but their doors are locked (in broad daylight hours). You’ll waste just enough time trying to get in to lose 2 places in the drive thru line, which moves hella slow, while the customer’s order just sits there waiting…Bad for you, the customer, and the restaurant itself. Why do business with an establishment that acts against it’s own self interest? Or at the very least, DOESN’T UPDATE THEIR DELIVERY DRIVER INSTRUCTIONS IN THE APP!? Skip it.

Why are the doors locked at 6pm on a Wednesday? Didn’t even waste time with the drive thru. Just left and went to a competitor chain. Aside from this, the area is sketch. Wasn’t a fan of this particular spot the few times I went in the past… even then, back when you could still sit inside, like a normal business.

This Burger King is absolutely a scam. I don’t special order anything ever, this isn’t a mistake thing, they literally just don’t give me things from my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. They’ve probably fleeced me for like $40 at this point. Never going back.

Long wait at drive thru even when I placed an online order for pickup. They locked their doors to the dining room when on their doors it says their hours are still open. I was counting on grabbing and going. What’s the point of ordering ahead when I have to sit in the drive thru anyway… First time at Burger King in 20 years and never coming back again.
