First time going to Port of Subs, and it’s the best sub sandwich I’ve had, hands down! I got the #6 veggie with a cookie and both were delicious. It’s very good quality for the price, and the location is super convenient. I appreciate the friendly staff walking me through their menu as well, since it was my first time here.

I’ve seen a young man come in from outside, clock in, immediately grab gloves without washing his hands, and start making sandwiches. There were also other employees who didn’t notice or say anything. Clearly there is no standard. They need better hygiene protocols.

It’s 3:00 on a Tuesday and they’re closed both open signs are lit up outside, one of the doors wasn’t quite locked and when I opened it I was greeted by a very rude older woman who said that she can’t make me anything these are her last customers I inquired why she said because she’s the only person there and she’s waiting for other employees to show up. What does that have to do with anything, subway very often runs with only one or two people.

I would literally give 0 stars if it was possible. We ordered online for pick up I showed up 30 mins after ordering when it said that the order would be done by 415. They told me I had to wait another 15 mins. There was no customers in the store. When I got home with my order. They put the right toppings on the wrong sandwiches. The sandwiches that were asked to be toasted were all cold. We also ordered cookies. And the date on them were a week old and they were so hard. I really don’t understand why it took over 45 mins to make 4 sandwiches and then they weren’t even correct. It’s just very frustrating. We paid almost 50 bucks for food that was cold and wrong.

Love this port of subs location! Staff is always very friendly. I was helped by Kennedy and Samya. Samya always stands out as she is super friendly but also efficient. This location also smells so clean whenever I walk in too so I know they take care of their kitchen and dining area. It’s turned into my normal lunch spot when I’m working.
