I would give it a minus rating if possible. Order delivery at your own risk. I ordered the dinner box and extra wings. All food came cold and the response I received is a couple of coupons for free pizza to be used separately within 30 days… not a great response to receiving an order that cost over $56 that was not enjoyable unless you really wanted cold pizza.. delivery pizza is a treat that we order maybe twice a year so I won’t ever order delivery pizza from Pizza Hut again… this isn’t the first time for delivery of less than hot food but it is my last time from this company who doesn’t care

When ordering online the make substitutions for a cheaper product and don’t refund the cost difference. Curbside pickup is only done 25% of the time. You get to guess if they are going to bring it out or not and when your pizza is going to be ready for you to go in and pick it up yourself.

I found a hair in my pizza. It was the 3rd time I found one in my pizza. Don’t order from this pizza hut..trust me. If you want fresh pizza with no hair. Try another pizza hut

The food is decent at this Pizza Hut, but the customer service is poor. The woman behind that counter looked rude and acted low class. After picking up my carry out order she did not smile, offer napkins/condiments, or even say thank you. This store needs a lesson in manners and customer service. I’m not returning here again. You shouldn’t either.

Sat on the phone waiting to order for over 35 minutes, got told to hold 3 separate times. I don’t really understand how you can be that busy to not answer the phone for over a half hour.

There was an issue with the Supreme pizza. It can on thin crust. It was ordered online, a wrong button much have been it. I take responsibility for the error. When I called the store explained what happened the women snapped at me and said if I was nice she would give me a pizza. I asked for a manager. She said she was the manager. I asked for corporates phone number and her name. She refused to tell me. She hung up on me I called back and she left me on hold. Would not answer. My husband and I own several business. We had decided to have pizza hut cater for us. I was planning on calling the store today to see if next Friday we could arrange to have pizza delivered for the Christmas party. We would need 110 pizzas. However after the service I received last night we are going with Dominos.

order got here sooner than the ETA and the driver found my front door.(opposite end to address) The Foot was hot and had to let it cool a little but that’s not a complaint by any means. Always order from them and highly recommend them! ❤ you Pizza Hut!!
