This place overcharged me and wouldn’t make it right. I ordered the number 4 monster combo ther is $9.49 plus 0.59 for medium size at 9.75% sales tax. Tried to overcharge me by $2.69 then changed it to an overcharge of $0.34. Sorry people. Price gouging is illegal. Never again would I eat here.

We love the Hardee’s on West Main we’ve been going there for years my kids with their pick another place for breakfast that is their place and the people there are wonderful every single one of them there are our family every single person that works in that place is our family we love them to death and we have a lady in there that we call Grandma and this past couple weeks she had a stroke she’s doing okay and she should be coming back to work pretty soon we can’t wait to see her we miss her so much she’s a really sweet woman if there’s any best for any better worker out there it’s her she does her talk well and she does it right and she’s also polite generous nice and she loves children

I’ve been here 4 times in the last month and have not had a single complaint. Every order was correct, fresh, and made well. I understand that It seems odd to see a good review of a fast food restaurant, but the folks here seem to care about what they’re putting out that window, and it really shows. Not very friendly in the drive through. I had to tell the kid taking the order three times that I did not want to add a pie to my order. Then the girl at the drive thru was hateful, saying the kid was just doing his job. Doing your job means listening to a response when a question is asked. I passed on eating there and will not make the mistake of doing business with that Hardee’s again.

Absolutely horrible experience. I placed my order with an automated system in the drive-thru, a horribly non-user friendly system that takes entirely too much time, then proceeded to wait about 10-15 mins in line for 1 single car in front of me. When I pull up I’m informed that “ok we are out of the Charbroiled chicken club, but we can make you basically the same thing, it’ll just be fried. Will that be ok?” To which I replied “of course thats not ok, if I wanted a fried chicken sandwich, that’s what I’d have ordered, now I’ve just wasted 15 mins of my 30 min lunch break due to complete and total incompetence.” Do yourself a favor go somewhere, anywhere else, and save time, money and frustration. Poor management and worse staff.
