Placed my order by phone & 40 mins later, no food. I finally call. Person says they are backed up & my order is on the way. 15 mins more I call again. Person who answered was very rude & actually got any attitude with me. Then someone else takes the call. 1st they couldn’t find my order. Then they say the driver left my order in the lobby. No call, no notification. Our receptionist is not in charge of food deliveries. Even during COVID, the driver called before leaving the food. I work in a multi-floor building. Am I supposed the wait in the lobby for 30-40mins because the driver can’t be bothered to dial a number? This location’s service is terrible! Never again!

The young purple headed mask security/sandwich maker asked about my mask. I answered that I didn’t have one and I’d be happy to go outside to order and wait. Her immediate response was “it’s the law” bothered me because it’s not. In addition, I suffer from heart and blood pressure issues where as a mask makes it difficult to breathe. I have a doctors note and I’m very respectful to others. I was happy to go outside. I typically order a sandwich from there at least once a week but I will be going around the corner for my sandwich to avoid any more liberal hissy fits.

Ordered through the app like always. Got charged the $30 for the sandwich’s yet the store claims they never got it and that even though the money is gone out of my account and I can prove that, they’re not going to make my order unless I pay twice. Now I have to contact my bank to reverse the charges. Way to go Jimmy John’s, way to be a bunch of thieves.
