Purchased fish and chips meal. Fish was OK. But crispy. Fries where stale and been under heat a while. Didn’t have any malt vinegar. “With fish and chips”. Good service. Arby’s…stick to your “great Meats!” Love you guys!

The reason I’m giving a 1 star is because I ordered the bacon ranch waygu to take to work and when I got to work they gave me a regular waygu burger no bacon, no ranch but i was charged $13 for the bacon ranch. At this point I couldn’t take it back because I was starting work. I tried calling but no one answers the phones there then it’s like they just take it off the hook because it was busy the next few times I tried calling back. I’m a fan of Arby’s but this one is the worst experience I’ve had at one.

The manager was on a personal phone call yelling and cussing. The guy in the back making sandwiches must not have been able to understand orders, you should have seen what I received…. then they had a new kid running the drive thru which he probably could run the place himself, this was in the evening around 530pm-630pm

Ordered reg roast beef sandwich, potatoe cakes, was ask if i want 2 3 or 4 potatoe cakes. I received curly fries and the roast beef was like ground roast beef not sliced. Very disappointed. Wont go there again. This is the only location with potatoes cakes in Albuqueruqe );

Fries and cakes came out covered in burnt black garbage, sandwiches were cold in the middle like they had been in the fridge and microwaved before putting in bag, no one answered the phone calls to “Make it right” because phone number listed on maps is wrong. Worst Arby’s experience in years.

Brian the manager and Alex on the line not only treated me with unmatched courtesy but a level of customer consideration that’s often not seen in franchises this day and age. Service was succinct, the food was fresh and delicious. This being my first experience with Arby’s set a standard for service that is reminiscent of what made businesses like this a staple in our hearts and more importantly our stomachs. Thank you.
