I have been a loyal customer for years and lately their coffee has been less and less. I paid $9 for a wake up wrap and an oatmilk latte and this is what I got. I realize a picture isn’t proof since it’s an image, but it wasn’t piping hot and each time I receive less and less coffee. The donuts here are okay most days, but their coffee is short every single time. If you want coffee, go to a different Dunks because this is almost robbery.

Awesome service! I went to the wrong location for my mobile order which meant that my order was sitting at the correct location and getting cold. When I arrived at the correct location, they remade my order so that it was fresh and warm! As a small business owner I know the importance of cost of goods and time and the manager Michael did not hesitate to take care of me even though it was my fault! Kudos to the owner for empowering your staff to take care of people without hesitation!

I’ve been going to this location every single morning for 5yrs. The morning staff used to be AMAZING. Great personalities, nice, helpful, made good coffee & I really enjoyed coming there every morning. But this last month or so, there’s a whole new morning crew. Every single morning I order my coffee about 10-15 mins ahead of time and it’s never ready when I get there. Half the time it’s at the drive thru window when it’s supposed to be a walk in order & to get someone’s attention to even help you is nearly impossible. My order is always wrong and/or tastes terrible. The new employees are not friendly & seem miserable to be there. It’s a shame because I will no longer be coming to this location. Wish the old staff and manager were still there!

I usually don’t go to this dunkin but the handful of times I have, I quickly regret it. Let’s start with every time i do an online order they never receive my order. And it only happens with THIS Dunkin. I will show the workers I’ve paid and it’s gone through but they never believe me, which is followed with an attitude by multiple workers. Then my usual drink is made wrong. I think it’s purposeful, but i don’t know for sure.

Sweet and incompetent. I ordered 2 PB cup shakes and one chocolate milkshake and one thick chocolate milkshake. After a refunded ordering snafu, we waited for milkshakes. The person delivering was so sweet, and told me the thick shake was sitting out and that’s why it wasn’t thick. It had the same consistency as a really cold Promised Land chocolate milk. The PB cup shakes looked like ice cream’s version of oil and vinegar. Normally this spot serves us quality…our last 5 visits have left us disappointed. This was our last visit here.
