Visited the place for friend child birthday. It’s great place for kid’s birthday parties. Lot of options for kids to enjoy including big 8+ bowling lanes, zip lines, lots of games with points system . We can definitely spend 1-3 hours with games and food .

Came in on a Saturday with about a 20% occupancy in the dining area. Wanted to sit down for a table of eight with a birthday cake and order lunch, apps, and drinks – and allow the kids to play. We were encouraged to go sit at a snack bar with no wait staff, but we chose the dining area. There were two on wait staff who were handling the bar and the dining area. Drinks for our table and anyone else in the dining room that came up were 20 to 35 minutes at least – with reminders of empty glasses – while we watched the bar (even if you brought your kids to the bar which I thought was illegal but plenty of ppl sitting there w kids) as they were serviced promptly. Overall fun place for gaming for kids – but for food drinks better to serve yourself – don’t other to pay to have your table “waited on” – save that experience for a place like Dave & Busters who is better equipped and staffed to serve guests.

Just commenting on the food. Went with the boneless wings/lemon pepper. The sauce was pretty simple, and the wings were underwhelming. They did provide a lot though. Overall it was an average meal.

This place is similar to Dave and busters, BUT it’s more on the lamer side and slightly unorganized. It was more of a headache than it was fun. The wait times and the the way the wait reservation is set up is not a pleasant experience. When ordering food, the menu is not that understandable, there are two locations you can order food from, the actual food spot or the bar. I thought the bar was only for drinks because that’s what the set up looks like, but nope!! Apparently they have a different menu for foods than the were you get ice cream and pizza from! How is anyone supposed to know this? When you do order from the area that looks like we’re all the food is ordered from, they don’t take your name, they don’t tell you how to pick up your order or if it comes to you, No table number, no wait time frame (unless you ask all of this information, it’s not provided to you). There was no place to eat because the tables were all dirty and when I advised a worker, they were of NO HELP! The only decent help was the lady who helped us at the ticket area and the guys where you cash in your winnings.

I love Main Event! It’s such a great spot for teens, especially with so much kids stuff being treated towards younger children. Main Event is a great option and in my opinion, better than Dave and Busters! Bowling, arcade games, laser tag, prizes, there is so much to entertain your children! It is definitely expensive though! I cannot confirm this, but it would be awesome if there was a season pass, especially during the summer, where I could bring my children on a regular basis and not pay and arm and leg each time. But it is a great place during the hot summer to bring your kids!

Great atmosphere, prices are reasonable compared to other arcade places. All the games were working, and we didn’t have an issue with waiting – alot to choose from. They don’t accept Contactless payments yet. No EV charging. They can cater parties and they serve alcohol. Overall awesome experience and I hope to be back.

Fun place for bowling! It’s priced out $30 to rent a lane for an hour and an additional $6 for shoe rentals. Pretty slow. They also went above and beyond by giving me an extra 30 min of free bowling.
