I WAS excited that there’s a Domino’s in Spencer. However, this was THE WORST experience I’ve ever had. I ordered my (4) pizzas well done, not burnt to a crisp. I couldn’t tell which pizza was which because they were all charred and unedible. I ordered over the phone and was given one price. When I went to pick my order up they charged me $20 more than what was quoted. I asked for a receipt and wasn’t given the one for my order. I’m very disappointed and want my $80 back.

Pizza was not baked thru, nothing but greasy mess stuck to box. Half the order was wrong. Spent 110 dollars plus 15%tip. The Manger at the spencer iowa store told me either I had to return the pizzas or tough luck. Guess my weekly order will be from Godfathers.bad customer relations

I have eaten dominos my whole life, never once was I this disappointed in a dominos pizza. Employees standing there talking while my pizza is done and sitting there, Pizza is litterally like cardboard and thinner then a piece of paper. (Didn’t even order thin crust) anyways I will not be back to this location. Very disappointing, could have went to pizza hut and it would have been atleast half decent.

I was so excited to get a Domino’s here in Spencer. It’s always been my favorite chain pizza place. This location doesn’t disappoint. Our food is always hot and ready when we go to pick it up. The people working there are always friendly, and we’ve had zero issues with anything.

Your dominos driver doesn’t know how to give proper change back.. gave us $11 back instead of $15 and my husband unfortunately didn’t catch it when he tipped him… hope you enjoyed you $15+ tip…

I love dominoes but I wassuper disappointed this time I ordered the jalapeño pineapple boneless wings and last time it was just cheese jalapeños and pineapple they were delicious and I’ve been craving them this time I got them and they are drenched in a spicy sauce that turned my stomach I went back to the app and it doesn’t mention a sauce on them or give you the option to leave it off just bought them and can’t even eat them very disappointed

Don’t waste your time installing the phone app and ordering that way. The app is absolutely horrible- so many glitches and it kept kicking me out. I ordered online via desktop computer and had 0 problems. I ordered a large Cali chicken bacon ranch, hand tossed with no add ons, just as is. I also ordered stuffed cheesy bread. The pizza dough and bread both taste extremely weird to me, almost like it’s grainy. The pizza came with ranch sauce, but I couldn’t taste it at all and I couldn’t see it. If you order pizza, I’d recommend ordering more double sauce. The bread had almost 0 cheese inside, not worth paying for stuffed cheese bread when there’s hardly no cheese.
