The burger was delicious well seasoned plantains were ok. The only reason I didn’t give this restaurant 5 stars is because I felt like he didn’t won’t to service me. I don’t know if it was because I was black ( which I hope not being that Brazil is one of the blackest countries there is) I digress but u could definitely tell the difference between the service of the people who spoke his language and the people who didn’t. I sat there for over an hour and it didn’t change. FYI money only have one color and that’s green. Great customer service is due to anyone spending their money at your business. I am a hospitality manager and this was definitely sub par. Kindness and a smile goes a long ways.

The food was so hecking delicious! The meat was cooker perfect and the broccoli was tender (unlike Panda Express). The woman at the counter was very kind and patient. If you’re getting a drink I highly recommend the Strawberry refresher. It’s fresh and so good. It’s made right in front of you too! I would eat here everyday if I was local!

I ordered the Single X Tudo and it was great! I would highly recommend getting the Single X Tudo from here, but I honestly wouldn’t return for any other item on the menu.

I recently dined at Fire of Brazil Express, located inside the Canal Shops food court at the Venetian Las Vegas, and it was a fantastic experience. As a Brazilian, I was thrilled to find an authentic “Churrasco” restaurant offering a variety of meat, pork, and chicken options. I opted for the beef, and it was absolutely delicious. The servers were incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere. One of the best things about this restaurant is that it offers affordable Brazilian cuisine right in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. I truly hope this is just the beginning, and Fire of Brazil Express opens more locations in the Las Vegas area.

Rice wassnt good kind of like eating soft rocks, chicken overcooked I guess for being all day in the rosticery oven, reasonable price, not a lot of ice on the drinks and food is served really fast. I wouldn’t come back

I’m not sure why this place is rated so low because I give them a 10/10! I ate here twice while staying at the Venetian. The servers were amazing, and sometimes working on their own and still providing exceptional service. Their Brazilian food was delicious. Now I only tried the chicken and pork so I can only speak on how amazing and tender these meats were. The chicken was crispy on the outer shell and seasoned and tender on the inside. The pork, omg was soooo delicious i recommend getting a double because its chefs kiss with the chimichurri sauce! The only sides I ate were plantains and veggies (broccoli and carrots ) the carrots were delicious but the broccoli could use seasoning. Other than that like I said 10/10! By the way, the rice I wouldn’t get, but the garlic rice right next to this eatery is pretty good. I forgot the name of that restaurant but it’s literally next door to it. Anyways enjoy!

Terrible! The sign displayed Peet’s coffee which I love. ordered a cold brew and it was 3 shots of espresso poured over ice. Isn’t the definition of cold brew coffee cold brewed? The menu had 2 different cold brews which I didn’t notice. I was charged $4.61 which would be cold brew, evaporated milk & chicory. I got black VERY acidic espresso shots. When I questioned it, I was told it was triple espresso shot poured over ice. TERRIBLE!!

Wife bought the steak, with white rice, & black beans. It was okay but nothing worth going out of your way for. With everything else on site it was a more affordable meal but you also detect that through the taste as well.

Man the x tubo burger was absolutely amazing, one of the best I have ever had anywhere! Very reasonable price and a really good size burger. 10 out of 10. Not super fast, but freshly prepared. Honestly I was genuinely surprised at the quality.

This is my second visit to Fire of Brazil at the Venetian food courts. Best burger I’ve had!! Two wagyu patties egg and sausage on a toasted brioche bun AMAZING!! The tomatoes and red onions grilled with the right seasoning brings freshness to the burger. Must try don’t leave Vegas without trying it.
