My food was great. The problem today was the location was running out of a lot of products. Drinks on tap were watered down if they weren’t completely out already. Very youthful staff that were playing around, using foul language, and generally not doing much of anything. The touch screen displays were nasty and sticky from being wiped off with the same towel that was probably used to wipe down dirty tables. You could see the streaks on everything that was wiped with that towel and it was disgusting. There were 2 employees that were doing everything they could to take care of their customers. This is the 2nd time in 2 days I’ve been to this location and the disappointment increased each visit. Never again will I go to this location even if they were giving away lifetime food. I’ll pass.

The manager was so incredibly rude. I used to work in the food service industry I would have been fired if I talked to a customer like that. No ma’am. Everyone else was very polite. But that manager should be working at family dollar with that attitude. WILL NOT COME BACK. I recommend you do the same.

We all can do better and though my food didn’t take very long, my order was correct as well as hot, one customer ordered a value meal and 4 people who ordered after him received there food before he was finally asked what his order was. This is a common occurrence, almost daily, and people have just come to accept it. The customer never spoke up, asking about his order but the worker, with the customer standing right in front front of him, waited until everyone else in the lobby received there order’s before acknowledging the customer.

Went through the drive thru restaurant at 10:30 pm on a Friday. They did not have any sauces or tomatoes. The employee asked if both of these were acceptable. When opening my mexican pizza the box was bent and most of it was stuck to the top of the box. My tacos were also cut in half.

They didn’t even get my order right, I had to drive all the way back for them to fix it and waste my gas because of them. They didn’t even apologize or give me a free taco or something to make up. It’s going to be awhile before I go to that taco bell

What has happened to Taco Bell? No one was in there but 2 of us and we had to wait awhile for food. Inside did not look good, no sauces or napkins and since when did it cost $15 for 4 tacos, 1 bean burrito and 1 small soda? There were no specials even for senior citizens. I have given Taco Bell in other cities plenty of business in past but this one will not get our business again.

It’s truly sad when the cashier is saying they r out of sum thing B4 u even tell them what u want. They were out of Mexican pizzas a month ago when we ate there and they were still out of them a month later. If Taco Bell is so broke they cannot afford one of the most popular items on their menu they need to go ahead and give up. I can believe they r going broke bcuz they got rid of sum of the best selling items on their menu for example the beef mexi melt and there is sum nasty cheesy burrito now instead. Taco Bell definitely isn’t what it used to be but then again NOTHING is as good as it used to be n e more. It’s obvious no one wants to work when they say they r out of what u want to order B4 u can even say what it is. That’s another issue people r not what they used to be either.
