I love chicken and was excited to try this place based on all the positive reviews. Also, I love supporting local!

Time to be a Daren!!! Awe man I’d love to give this place 5 stars but I just can’t. The Diablo sandwich! Wow what can I say, it was like biting into a clove of garlic each and every 3 bites I took. When I returned it and explained to them what my concerns were I got smirks and side eyes. It’s all good though. The buffalo sandwich was on point. Maybe extreme garlic amounts in the hot sauce makes the spice hotter? Yuck! Idk! But thanks for exchanging it out for me! I’ll definitely come back for that Buffalo sandwich.

Really like this spot. Love their chicken sanwhiches. I had the buffalo sandwhich on my first trip and then went back and tried the diablo one. Both were great! My buddy had some of the hot wings and said they were some of the best he’s ever had.

Just ate here with the family. The wings were great. They have seven or eight different flavors to choose from. The patio was really kicking around happy hour. They really know how to find the right combination between sauce and chicken so the wings are not drenched in sauce. If you want great home style cooked wings, this is your place.

Pretty darn tasty tenders. Don’t expect tenders breaded like KFC. It is a light flavorful breading that is just perfect for dipping in their varied sauces. At least that is how I ordered mine. Naked with dipping sauces. Next time I might order them tossed.

Fresh fries and a hot fried chicken sandwich with some Diablo sauce on the side. And a brew from the Taproom all brought together at the El Vado shopping area.

Albuquerque is becoming quite the spot for fried chicken! This spot was great for less traditional fried chicken flavors. We loved it! Breast fillers were super tender and moist and the chicken pot stickers were excellent! We will be back to continue to work through the menu offerings! Well done!

Hands down the best chicken sandwich in town. A perfect blend of sweet and spicy sauce brings it together like no ne else. The tofu is fried perfectly, my paired choice is a salad with the garlice ginger sauce. We will be coming back again and again. Keep up the great work!

El Vado chicken sandwich was undercooked (pink) in the middle and overcooked on the battered crust. It’s not like a southern fried chicken crust, but rather a battered style crust. The website under the “Food Lovers Menu Peek” tab lists the sandwich as $8.99. However, I paid $11.99 at the restaurant. Update your website if you’re going to charge $3 more. This is definitely tourist food… there’s much better and more economical options elsewhere.
