Called to order like I have done for 10 years or so, when I said delivery the young lady said I had to meet her at the bottom of my driveway? My driveway is short every other delivery driver that this place had, had no problem with coming to my door. If you hire someone to do a job and they lose you business you lose them. Very poor service!

Originally ordered from the Beaver location and due to a website glitch the store was actually closed even though the order went through. When I called to inquire about the pizza the call was forwarded to Freedom. They went above and beyond and fulfilled the order. They even called to update me when the pizza was on it’s way! I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service and for them going out of their way to make sure I received my order. The pizza was hot and delicious as well!

Here’s a little tip from someone who also works at a local owned pizza shop… When customers ask for toppings on their pizzas like onions and banana peppers, they’re more than likely expecting them to be put on the pie BEFORE it goes into the oven rack not raw AFTER it comes out. Uncooked toppings shouldn’t be the standard for how pizzas are made it should be allowed if requested upon.

Tried Fox’s tonight again since I heard there are new people running it. Well, I don’t know why we tried. They don’t listen to what you ask for. No peppers mean extra! My husband even called back to make sure he actually ordered no peppers! I must say my stromboli wasn’t burnt which it has happened in the past. But utterly disappointed! Oh and the delivery took over 90 minutes.

Their food is always, hot, it’s always fresh and on time. Their deluxe pizzas are delicious and my husband and I are trying to give each of them a go. So far everything has been excellent. Definitely recommend the Cheeseburger Bacon Deluxe Pizza. It’s as good as it sounds.
