I haven’t eaten at an Arby’s in years, but needed something that was fast and not a burger and this location is really close to my house. I went through the drive-thru and the wait was ridiculously long. While sitting in line, I noticed how dirty the place was on the outside and actually thought about leaving. When I pulled up to give my order, the person that was on the other end of the speaker was so nice and so apologetic for my wait that I felt most of my irritation vanish. The beef and cheddar was very good, but my curly fries were cold and the soda had no carbonation. If I get a craving for Arby’s in the future, I will just get the sandwich and forgo the disappointing fries.

I am deeply disappointed every time I visit Arby’s in Jonesborough TN. I ordered several “beef n cheddars” that were apart of the 2/$7 deal and none of them had cheddar. I can only assume the “N” stands for no. The food is slightly warmer than room temp and the customer service is poor

So disappointing i love arbys. THIS WAS THE WORSE 30.00 i’ve ever spent. Fry’s was d and hard took them back. The new ones was burnt. tasted like they needed to change the grease. The buns was hard. I’m good on arbys for a while!
