I only leave a review if the food or service is really bad or exceptionally great. Me and my family ordered the Sicilian, 20″ ny cheese and a couple cannolis. WOW!! I AM BLOWN AWAY!! I am a pizza connoisseur and this pizza is very good… top 3 best I have ever had!! THESE 2 PIES HAD IT ALL!! GREAT FLAVOR, GREAT TOPPINGS, AND COOKED WELL/ CRISPY!! BOTH PIES HAD THEIR OWN TASTE AND WERE EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT!! KEEP UP THE HARD WORK!! Oh yeah.. the cannolis were the best my wife and I have ever tasted!

Oohhh this was so good! We ordered via the “slice” app and had it delivered. The food arrived piping hot and it was absolutely delicious. We got the grandma pizza and added meatballs. Talk about flavorful! The pinwheels were delicious and we have so many leftovers! So yummy.

I came here 2 to 3 times a week. And had always been good but today I order a Genos caser salad, it came with chicken. Not what a asked for . I took it back to the counter told stephano that’s was what I ordered he argued that he asked what seasoning I wanted ( which he did not. ) he refused to change it to a caser salad and charged me to make it right.

Easy Thing
I never write reviews because it feels like a waste of my time but I wanted to share my experience with others. My family of 4 ate on Thursday June, 2023. My main concern and what stands out to me is the very rude cashier at this place. This guy doesn’t need to be in customer service at all! He seemed so annoyed with my 3 questions and I was not the only one he was rude to. He was rude to other employees as well, we could hear him. There was another customer that asked if he could see a menu and he didn’t respond except for to place a menu in his direction. What in the world? Pizza was crazy greasy although it had a decent flavor. Took 40 minutes for a single large pepperoni and they weren’t busy. I hope the owner has his finger on the pulse with his restaurant and gets different help behind the counter. Yikes

If i could give zero stars i would. We are traveling from out of state and heard good things about this place. Ordered online and everything was fine. Received text stating order was on way. It never arrived and after checking the status the order was canceled. The restaurant didn’t even bother to call or anything. No one answers the phone when you try to call. Beware when ordering from them!

I absolutely love Gino’s pizza but most of all I love the service I get everytime I visit. My family and I are treated with respect and like we’re family by everyone from the cashier to the owner. Shout out to the kid behind the counter who remains courteous in the face if rude, entitled customers who just want to get over on businesses.
