Good place for ice cream and pizza! Just outside of High Cliff State Park, and it is so easy convenient to get a pizza going into the pro for an impromptu picnic. Or, it is relaxing to stop for ice cream after a long High Cliff State Park. Recommended! Staff is friendly and seating is available both indoors and outdoors.

This was our first time that my husband and I stopped in on a hot afternoon for some ice cream while camping at High Cliff State Park. I am physically disabled and I use an electric wheelchair. When we arrived we noticed a sign on the door stating to order at the window. I couldn’t get to the window because of the step going up to the window (You may want to make that accessible!) so we had to go inside. You had a wonderful selection on ice cream for a fair price. We both had two different flavors so we could try four of them. We camp at High Cliff every year and we can’t wait to make this a tradition by coming back to The Chubby Seagull again!

Great place for ice cream stop after hiking at High Cliff. We seem to end up here around 8:30pm, almost closing time. My kids don’t eat a lot of ice cream so we always order a single but always get a heaping size that looks to me like a triple.

Great location. Rude service – it’s obvious the gentleman server doesn’t want to be scooping ice cream or offer good customer service. Ruined my night out for a cool treat on a warm night and fun walk since it’s close to home. Have gone numerous times with same service results. Will drive into town, out of my way, for ice cream from now on.

It’s a nice place. We even got free ice cream cones after labor day and were offered a free round of mini golf!!!! They’re very nice! I do miss the soft serve, though.
