The only reason I rated the atmosphere a 3 is… Well it’s Kroger. The lights make it depressing! I don’t even want to come to Kroger to get my groceries! I just want Starbucks. Staff was super friendly and nice and actually seemed to want to engage in a conversation with me.

Slow. Waited 30 minutes after placing a mobile order and finally said something after people were walking up ordering and leaving with their drinks. Plus they have been out of cups, lids, and straws recently. Be better

Don’t order anything with espresso unless you like the taste of burnt coffee. One employee told me their espresso machine is weak some days and stronger other days. It’s broken and no one will replace it. As much money as we as consumers spend on coffee by choice and as much money as Starbucks makes….you’d think they’d care to change out their machines and keep them working.

Considering no other Starbucks relatively close by, it’s convenient to get a coffee while shopping or even just running inside to grab a coffee by itself. Only ding is that there seems to be no standard for cream/sugar amounts (since you can’t pour your own currently) and vary each time. Fortunately, I’m flexible in how it tastes so I don’t make a fuss, just wish there was more standardization until I can pour my own cream and sugar.

This starbucks closes down ealier than their advertised hours. We got there 15 minutes before they were supposed to close, and they were already cleaning up and we were told the machines were shut off for the night.
