Dark parking area where this burger king is located so it’s scary to go there once it gets dark. Prices have gone up significantly but quality is still mediocre. We tried to use a promo code but it didn’t work, I asked for a manager and the guy claimed he was a manager and that he didn’t know how it worked and that it didn’t apply the discount and just shrugged it off. Disappointed with this burger king. If you’re going to go to Burger King try a location in Texas not here where the staff doesn’t care and food quality isn’t good. Won’t be returning to this location.

Just spent $60 on a delivery order through the BK App. Not one sandwich was made correctly or even close to what a normal sandwich. Tried to call and got 3 different messages that told me the line couldn’t be reached. They say they deserve $15 an hour but can’t even give you what you paid for. Will not order from here again!!!

I ordered thru a delivery service and the receipt was correct but my order was wrong. I am disabled and dont drive so I cant take the food back. Therefor I ate my sandwich anyway. I called the store this morning to inform them of the situation 5/29/23 and midway thru letting the manager know he hung up on me. This whole experience was very disappointing. I expect more from Burger King!

First of all this place is never busy and the wait is ridiculous. This morning I decided to stop here and grab a #1 on the breakfast menu and a large iced vanilla coffee. My coffee was white, I watched her pour over ice only creamer in my small cup must I add never matters what size you order you get the same size cup for coffee here. This is my second time going here and it will be my last she didn’t have French toast sticks ready and asked me to back my car up behind the black pole away from the window (why???) obviously so I couldn’t see while she finishing amy food…..she brings the food and says the French toast are hot…yeah from the microwave and taste like ham. Def was some cross contamination going on and don’t get me started on how awful the hash browns were tasted like the grease has never been changed or cleaned. Another lost customer ✌

This store is unprofessional The Manager Olivia Malaria Trains her employees to upgrade every customers order without permission. The more she upgrade the orders the more Bonuses she receives . She make every customer literally back there car up and wait on the food .But only because she wants her drive thru time perfect so she can receive more bonuses. She has also took in her employees information far is social security number driving license numbers and have committed fraud. Justice done to remove Olivia Malaria.

Food for our tea was average at best. The store manager could really use some lessons in customer service. The other people working there seems pleasant and polite. I have been to this restaurant a few times and it is always somewhat nasty in the seating area. Fries and chicken nuggets tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The only saving grace is that it was cheap.
