Excellent orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Can be ordered with either with noodles or with fried rice. Both of them delicious and with a very fair price for United Sates. Service is quick and nice. Just in 5th. Street in Long Beach, California.

Food is great and service is always exceptional, EXCEPT when Lulu is working. She is rude and struggles with every customer whether she is taking orders or checking out orders. People have to repeat themselves numerous times because she is incompetent. Next time I walk in and she is working I’m walking right out, it’s gotten that bad with her.

Careful! Picked up food Sunday evening 3/26 and my family and I have been sick ever since. We let our 4 year old and 14 month old try Panda Express for the first time and we let them have some chow mein and teriyaki chicken. Let’s just say their diapers were scary! And my husband and I have been taking pepto since Sunday midnight. It finally dawned on us why we never visit this location we came here almost a year ago and had the same issues with our stomachs so we never returned. We just blanked out cause our little one was intrigued by the black and white panda. The food seemed cooked throughly maybe cross contamination or something i don’t know but beware!

We ordered several big plates from Panda express but they missed one order. We called the branch in long beach were we ordered. They are willing to replaced the missing order however we needed to pick it up at the said branch. Its very inconvenient and plus we work on a ship so we dont have pretty much a lot of time to go and claim the missing order. The customer service was really poor.

I came in for a 2 entree meal at 9.50$. I donated a dollar to charity. So 10.50$ mysteriously became 13.29$. Just seems a little sneaky. If certain entrees cost an extra than advertised, customers should be made aware. Shady with that greed. America I guess.
