I love Jimmy John’s, but do not recommend this location. I ordered a sandwich and asked for toppings to be removed, which are clearly listed on the receipt, and none of the toppings were removed. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Ordered food at 11:31am, called at 12:31pm to check on my “freaky fast” order. Was just told it’s going to be 45 more minutes. 1. That’s not freaky fast at all, and 2. Is that an acceptable delivery time during work day hours? Kind of annoyed!

Placed an online delivery order at this Jimmy John’s and it took nearly 1 hour. We live 5 minutes away. Are they not doing the freaky fast delivery thing anymore? It was a little disappointing, but more disappointing was that the extra long delivery time wasn’t acknowledged at all.

They made my sandwich correctly, however the sandwich sat on the counter for who knows how long before I realized they weren’t going to let me know it was ready. Thanks to another google reviewer for bringing this mistake to my attention.

I’m so sick and tired of this Jimmy John’s! Majority of the time when I order a slim 6 for my kid it comes with Guacamole. Last night I ordered a plain slim six and a bag of chips. order came with no chips and Guacamole on the sandwich. I don’t know if anyone else has this problem. I drove up there to get a new sandwich and chips. I asked the worker why does this always come with guacamole on it. He had this smirk like it’s a running joke and they do this all of the time. He said hed credit my account but that hasnt happened. Not sure if my account is flagged but it happens all of the time. I gave this a 2 only cause they do have fast delivery.

6 sandwiches with no # or label. We have to open each one and inspect to determine which is which. We included names please cut in half. No names, none cut in half. 1 sandwich was the wrong thing completely. We had to go back. Manager accommodated us by ensuring a new sandwich was made which we had to drive back and pick up. Frustrating experience.

Waited over an hour for delivery last week when I was in the middle of moving, the lady who answered the phone when I called three different times to see where the delivery driver was was extremely rude and said for the first two calls “your driver is on his way” and then hung up. The third time I called because it said the order was delivered, which I never received. They said that the driver said he delivered it, and then said the order was voided, and then said it was refunded. All of which was not true and we ended up having to go pick it up and noticed four employees just standing around. There was no reason that it should’ve taken over an hour because I live one minute away but didn’t want to take a Uhaul over there, which I ended up having to do. Went again today to give them another chance and it was a mistake. Sandwich had mushy tomatoes that were clearly bad and at the end of the sandwich was all of my mayo, which was was a disgusting surprise. Will never return and will end up going to the jimmy johns in Champlin to avoid this place. Employees are rude, they can’t hear your orders over the loud music, and also aren’t wearing masks when they should be or properly wearing them. I’m honestly not sure how it has almost a four star rating on Google.
