Great yummy food. Skip the bawarchi Mirchi. The tandoori chicken is fresh. But, it was okay. It probably needed more cooking and masala for our taste. The pooris were amazing. The best I have eaten in US ( West to East Coast) hands down. The navaratna korma and shrimp coconut curry were very tasty.

A rather poor representation of North Indian food. Place is one of the most happening tourist places in Lahaina, but is in dire need of a better atmosphere and food improvement. Couple of veggie dishes like Paneer Makhani and Dal Tadka were decent.

Food was fresh and wonderfully flavorful. Definitely recommend trying! Small restaurant tucked away in the back of the shopping area. Food was worth the search, though. Lamb dish was tender and so delicious. Butter chicken was equally good. Rice was fresh. We had the Peshawari naan and butter naan. It was my first time having Peshawari naan, and it was good! Sweet, has raisins and coconut baked in. The butter naan was nicely flavored. Portion sizes are good- not massive like some Indian places. We were stuffed when we left.

Wow an amazing place, but starts off when you enter the restaurant, it is an atmosphere of good energy and flavorful and delicious flavors and food prepared. I appreciate it every single time from the everyone there the staff, brother Javed and Marcelo. They are kind welcoming and friendly the type of energy you want while coming out for dinner and visiting Maui. Coming to the food…it is great and you’ll love the whole experience. I got this Palak Paneer to-go & it was one of the best dishes I had in Maui!! I am not vegan or vegetarian but their palak paneer is so satisfying for all dietary needs, I promise!! The waiter & chef arranged my meal to be done by my departure time of the Maui Bus too. What a sweet touch of all. I highly recommend to all.

The Malai Kofta came in a white coconut sauce instead of regular tomato based sauce. It wasn’t specified in the menu. Got disappointed after ordering it. It tasted like navratan kurma but blend. The naans were well done. Dal tadka was good. Had higher expectations given the premium price. We had dinner at Monsoon India in Kihei which has similar price but better taste in my opinion.

My husband and I are Indian and were craving Indian food on the island. We got food from this restaurant two days in a row during our three day stay in Maui! Good food and service. We thought all the food was spiced well when we requested medium-spicy. I would recommend to any Indian tourists who are craving Indian food 🙂
