Ordered 2 pizzas totaling around $33. Waited 20 minutes for a confirmation email that never came. Called the place and gave them the number just to say they didn’t have it in their system. But checking my account the amount was taken from me. If I could give this place negative stars I would because how can you take money from someone and not give them what they payed for.

If I was dying and this was the last place to eat I would eat trees, leaves and steal from the squirrels. Second time to this place the first time my pizza was burnt and this time I could not choke this order down the olives tasted old and spoiled the person who made the order looked like they were guilty of all type of food crimes. why just tell me why??!! I’m done with fast food!! I have kids to feed and work 10hr a day life can be hard but going here is the death of my fast food relationship spoiled olives they just take your breath away and I’m telling my kids to eat they food they looking sad asking for cereal and I’m talking about eat that pizza don’t trust this place I could have saved my 31 bucks and ate grapes cereal and left over

I have never had my pizza made so horrible. The crust was extra thick and the cheese part was so less. Pizza didn’t taste fresh at all. I asked for onions, jalapeños, and green peppers. There were no onions on the pizza.

There will not be a next time. It is totally shameful how a person is given an automated wait time of 25 – 35 minutes. You do a pathetic CYA by advising to call the local store for a better time. As you are well aware of, people believe that the estimated time will be close to the actual time, NOT 90 minutes! You know that people would not order based on realistic times. Once you have our money and it is close to the estimated arrival time, you begin to push that time a few minutes at time. I expect a certain level of honesty with a company that takes my money.

I wish a 0 star rating was available, I should’ve read the previous reviews; DONT ORDER! It took over 2 hours to receive one item, and on top of that I’m waiting to see if my account will be refunded the order I had to cancel or if I will have to dispute the charges. They also never answer the phone, and if they do you will only receive the run around. I ordered stuff crust but it wasn’t stuffed with really anything besides air. I suggest you take your business to a more refined establishment.

The long haired manager is very rude. Does not greet the customers but also rude on multiple occasions. After I paid for my pizza he went to grab it and dropped it (seemed to be intentional) then grabbed it from the ground and made a new pizza bare handed without washing his hands. He also dropped the pizza and walked away immediately. He didn’t tell me he was remaking anything and Left me standing at the counter in confusion. We won’t ever come back until he’s gone. As I said he was rude before so he dropped the pizza on purpose because we stood up for ourselves

Normally the pizza arrives hot , on time, and you can tell that it was made just a short time ago. This time, it arrived within 25 minutes, but it was obvious that the pizza had been made some time way before that. Very disappointed by the uncaring actions.

I only order the meaty marina pasta from here and have been for past year because thats all i like from their, i just delivered to my house and my bill with tip was almost 30$ for the meaty marina pasta pan with breadsticks and extra cheese cup and 2liter ! The pasta is completely different or wrong. The noodles, sauce, and toppings in it are not the same and half of the noodles were hard!! I can’t get ahold of anyone at this location only the pizza hut hotline to either remake it or refund me for the pasta because I did eat and drink the breadsticks and soda. Honestly will never order from here again its insane i just paid almost 30$ for my dinner to be breadsticks and cheese , im not happy at all!

I want to like Pizza Hut, I always have. But this location lets me down every single time I want to give them a second chance. Whether it’s leaving items out and not answering the phone, or just being extremely stingy with toppings, I will never do business with this embarrassingly poorly run Pizza Hut, ever again.
