Ice cream was good, service was about as good as it could be since they didn’t have the sizes we wanted or tops to fit the other cups. They can’t accept the app and coupons. Can’t even get points on product marked up 20% above other dairy queens.

The two young ladies that were working did an exceptionally good job. The restaurant was very clean. It is a great place to go and sit and enjoy your ice cream. We were there on the evening of May 26th 2023. And even though it was close to closing time they still did a great job.

Just went to take my 2 little girls for ice cream for the 1st time, we get out of the car at 5pm est and one of the workers walks up toward the door then right past it as we were walking up…. I pull the door on the right then on the left then just for laughs I pushed the doors… And they were locked. No signs or anything I took pictures for proof. This is not what I expect from the DQ brand. I am disappointed and aggravated.

I have been here wayyyy too many times and not able to get service due to “computer” issues. I went a few nights ago and witnessed the workers sitting down in the lobby counting the money drawer but telling us their system is down. This has happened many times and has caused me not to want to come back.

Ordered 2 blizzards through Uber Eats and at the time of expected delivery received a notification the ordered was cancelled by Dairy Queen, I then ordered 2 different blizzards and the same thing happened. I even called the store 3 times and no one answered (during open hours on a Sunday). Not ever ordering from them again.

Delivered for Uber eats…. absolutely disgusting… counters trashed… roaches crawling all over counter… not a single employee wearing gloves while touching toppings for the ice cream… I almost canceled the customers order as I did not want roaches in my truck that could’ve been in the bags… staff was slow no sense of urgency… I understand fast food gets hectic but I worked restaurants and fast food and always kept my kitchen and service area clean a simple wipe would’ve done wonders… first time I can honestly say I was extreamly embarrassed and highly uncomfortable to be inside waiting for the customers order…
