Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. That is trifecta for fast food. This place looks to be renovated recently and is clean and well run. Would recommend all the roast beef and cheese sticks. Overall a great experience and would recommend the stop for good food and clean bathrooms.

I decided to try the Wagyu steakhouse burger I did get it without cheese but this burger was so delicious. Of course I got the meal with curly fries which I crazy that no other place does them. They are the best. I also got a Jamocha Milkshake and this was so good and delicious. Definitely recommend you try this burger when it is available.

1st time ive gone here in a few years i avoid this place like the plague always the worst customer service. The window girl no smile. asked for extra sauce they threw a fit. Then gave us like 20 of each sauce. Unless something is done about this terrible service we will not be returning and will be sure to let everybody we know about the experience.

If you want to wait for 25 minutes in a drive thru line for the food to come out wrong then this place is for you! No customer service, and forced to wait almost a half hour is just crazy. It like this everytime I come to this location. They need better management.

Great little place that sits on a private drive on the lake behind Roseland Waterpark. Food was good but the place was completely deserted. Left me wondering if this Arby’s gets any business at all. I definitely recommend going here and supporting your local businesses before they close down because there’s not too many Arby’s left out here in Upstate New York.

Everything was great! The place was clean and well lit.. the food was fresh. It looks to have been remodeled since my late visit. My wife also remarked about it..I had to ring the bell on the way out!

Arby’s is such an underrated fast food place, and so easy to forget when deciding where to grab a quick bite. The service at this location has always been fast and friendly, I’ve only used drive through so can’t speak for the interior. The food is hot and fresh and just can’t be replicated anywhere else.
