The Lake Ave, St. Joseph, MO Pizza Hut goes above and beyond on every single time! The pizza is always hot and fresh and made to order. They never skimp on the toppings and we have never had an issue with items being unavailable. That was often an issue with other locations we visited in the past. The customer service is stellar and you never have to question if you will be taken care of. When our pizza was a few minutes behind schedule, we were offered a discount on our future order. It wasn’t necessary but it was appreciated. Based on the positive attitude of every employee and the customer service provided I can only think management is making this a great place to work. Well done! Best Pizza Hut ever!

Get it right the first time. Took almost 2 hours to receive food. They first took it to the wrong house. They did eventually bring a new order, but it was not timely. If it were right the first time it would have been great. The pizza could have used a bit more care, but I assume that was due to rushing the make-up order to get it to me promptly. As far as everything else, the food tasted like one would expect.

October 8th placed an order through app. For delivery after an hour no show called them and was told they didn’t get an order for me. They charged me 30.00. Drove to the shop showed them an order number and my bank account where there was a 30.00 charge pending. I was told They never got an order for me and that when he clears the charges at the end of the day that 30.00 charge will be dropped. It is now October 11th and the charge is still on my account. I called and after getting the automated runaround I hit the number to place an order. Got someone not at the shop it was. Call center she said she would transfer me to a manager. Placed on hold and got the automated runaround never did get to speak to a manager.

Make the pizza right. Pay attention to the order. We ordered Taco Pizza with no onions as my husband is allergic. After driving 30 minutes home we realized they put on the onions!! At the store when picking up they had made bread sticks instead of the Cinnabons we ordered so we had to wait another 10 minutes for the right thing while the pizza sat and got even colder.
