First, this pizza was delicious. The dough was chewy and fluffy, the toppings were fresh, and it came out hot. Five stars. But the service was pretty terrible. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and stood by the door of the half full restaurant (where it said to wait to be seated) for almost 15 minutes while staff walked by, barely making eye contact and ignoring us. We weren’t in a hurry, but eventually went to the bar to ask about being seated. The guy there was really nice and directed some other staff members to clear a table. Someone came over, we ordered a small pizza and a beer and it then took another 20 minutes just to get a beer, then 35 to get our pizza… Probably a great spot if you want to stay all day and watch the game, but if you’ve got places to be, I wouldn’t come here.

The atmosphere and this place is absolutely amazing. Good music friendly and helpful staff. The pizzas were really great the appetizers were awesome as well please be on the lookout for specials as they have lots of them that are not advertised. My wife got the salad and she said that the salad was quite good. They have a little bit of everything for the entire family on their menu. I totally recommend this place.

These guys took great care of us when other spots weren’t open. Great pizza and service!

Terrible food, terrible service, endless excuses. Avoid. Go to Solstice across the river and be treated like a valued guest with an actual palate.

Really wanted to love this place. Nice atmosphere, good food, and my husband and I had good service when we ate there. But when we tried out the delivery option they advertise, we ended up waiting around for 2 hours and, in the end, angry and hungry. I was repeatedly reassured that our pizza was on its way when I called an hour after ordering, then 25 minutes later. They simply never showed up! And when I tried to call yet again, they had closed up shop for the night and were no longer picking up the phone. Pretty unbelievable. We ended up eating cereal for dinner at 9:30pm.

Moved to Hood River 2 months ago so we’re still in the mode of trying new things. Overall atmosphere was solid. Sports on tv, wait staff attentive but not overly friendly. Probably the worst pizza I’ve had and I’m not picky. Food in CO where we lived was pretty bad. Super greasy, no flavor. Had to go to the restroom for paper towels to lap it up. Pretty sure it was all frozen ingredients for 26.00. Bummer.

This place is SO close to being a great spot! The staff is friendly but the service just always seems to fall short. My medium burger was charred to a crisp and we waited so long after eating that we finally just left instead of ordering the dessert we wanted. New price increase didn’t seem to help the quality or service. Maybe new management or owners could help it reach it’s potential?

Great food and a fantastic bar. Specialty pizzas were unique, highly recomend the one with dates and blue cheese. Jill, our bartender, was amazing. My partner had the lavender lemon drop and it was perfectly balanced and delicious. They make their own lavender simple syrup too. Staff was friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed the drawing paper at every table. I assume it is for younger patrons, but it was a lot of fun doodling or playing hangman with my party.

We came in as a group of 9 and had 4 orders of mac & cheese. Disappointment that it was rather dry, needs more cheese and sauce. 3 orders had fries that were not hot. 1 pizza that was delivered to table much later the the other 8 orders, but it was hot a d she enjoyed it. I had talked to the waitress (Lori) & the mgr. and expressed my concerns. We will try again and hope it will be better. Lori is a fabulous waitress, thank you❣
