Do not order for delivery we never get what we pay for. Sometimes we do not even get an 8 piece. We barley ever very white meat. They still charge you full price even if you only get wings. We payed over 40 dollars for 3 drums 2 wings and one thigh. You do the math.

The worker attitudes here are better than their counterparts at Taco Bell just down the street. They are prompt to take your order but do it with a small attitude. I am wondering if any fast food joints in Tupelo actually teach proper customer service, or even know what courtesy means.

Was going to dine in and we were met at the door saying that the dining area was closed. So we go through the drive thru and I ask if the dining area was open and the lady said yes. I told her that we was told that it was closed. Got our food. We didn’t have any utensils to eat with or any napkins. So I go back inside for the utensils and was told again that the dining area was closed. I walked up to the counter and asked for some utensils. I went back outside to eat my supper and when I took a sip of my drink it was nothing but carbonated water. Nasty. So when I went back in to throw away my garbage. I got another drink. The lady that waited on us in the drive thru was very nice and was wondering why we didn’t eat our food inside. I told her what happened and she apologized for it. So is the dining room open at all times or is it a problem with not having enough employees.

The customer service in the drive thru was absolutely awful! My elderly parents was trying to order when the man taking the order forgot to mute his mic & upon him rushing them about their order he blurts out ” oh my god ” after my mom stated she had more to order , then when I asked if there was a problem he brushes it off like we had the problem. I told him we heard him & he says ” I’m just waiting to take the rest of your order. As I tried to order he didn’t even let me tell him what sides we wanted before telling us to just drive to nxt window, he just threw the order out without even telling him which sides. We had to just take what they gave !!! We tried to go inside to order as it would have been easier on my parents but they said the lobby was closed at 7pm.

Short lady at the drive through wonder was extremely rude, sarcastic, and loud. Mumbles terribly so I had to ask her to repeat herself which apparently set her off even more. I had placed order online about 30 minutes before I arrived and they asked me to pull around, then I had to wait another 10 minutes. I pulled back around to the window. She handed me a bag of food. I asked for my money back and she shut the window in my face. I waited a few more minutes and asked for my money back. She threatened to call the police on me, shut the window in my face again, and refused to give me her name. I’ve never had such rude service anywhere in my life.
