Out of towner here I stopped in cause of the nostalgia of Steak out, We dont have them where I live, and when I was in college we would frequently order take out (when we had the money for it) and it brings back college memories. When I walked in none of the staff spoke to me, i was waitinf at the counter for about 2 minutes be for being acknowledged. So customer service definitely needs ro be made an priority. When I was approached by the manager I m assuming (she had a different shirt on from everyone else) she took my order which was the lunch steak tips comes with a salad and side. I chose the baked potato . Asked how I wanted my tips cooked to which i replied medium. Asked if there was anything else, I did want my potato loaded , Which i thought it would have automatically come. Aftwr the transaction was complete I did ask about the potato being loaded. I just had to pay extra for the cheese (I had already ordered bacon bits) . I did go a head and get the cheese. I felt like it would have been an easy upsale if she had just asked me if i wanted my potato loaded. My food was ready in about 10 min. Not a problem. However when I opened up the steaks tips in the car they were definitely not cooked medium, No pink was visible they where well done, which isnt how I like my meat, They were seasoned and had plenty of flavor, the potato was delicious, not cooked well done like my meat was.

On 4/13 at 10:30 I placed an order for 3 people for a small luncheon including 1 for myself for an inservice. They were all beef tips, baked potatoes and 1 with mixed veggies which was mine. I ordered online and waited patiently for 30 minutes. When I got home to eat my food it was missing the steak tips. I immediately called the store and told them what happened. I was placed on hold for what felt like 10 minutes only to be told that the manager that was there earlier that day said she knows for a fact she did 4. I was told I would have to call the owner. I emailed last week and have not heard anything back. My point is I have a company cc. But was made to feel like a liar about some steak tips. I guess the manager is incapable of making a mistake. # very disappointing!!!

This is My Favorite restaurant for salads they are the best.. if im not Cooking..They are All wonderful n respectful employees yes the drivers too. The Food Always Fresh every time not some times..my food on time, i order almost daily for my fav. Nutty Salad I love it ,but they all Good. I also had death by choc n cookies before Everything Delicious.. Grateful for Steak Out Carter Hill they get a 10 Thanks Alot ❤Queen

My co worker & I decided to give them a try yesterday and aside from the fact that the food was tasteless & we were missing several things which we went back for. We got food poisoning. 24 hours later & we are sick as dogs. NEVER AGAIN.

Man they are great. Well worth the money and tip. Ordered a 12 oz ribeye with shrimp and steak sandwhich. Est time was 1-1.5 hrs. Got it it 40 mins. Everything is juicy and perfect and they were closing in 2 hours.
