Chips and salsa came out quick but we were the only ones in the restaurant and waited way to long for our food. I wasn’t happy with our waitress who never came over to see how our meal was or to offer me a refill on my tea. My meal was definitely awful but my wives not as bad as mine. I definitely will never return and recommend if you have never eaten at this restaurant you should go elsewhere for a better tasting meal.

Our food came out fast. My wife’s food came hot. My cocktail Mexicano was served cold, as it was supposed to be served. Lots of shrimp in that bowl! Very tasty! Eric was a great server. Our first visit and we are very pleased with everything. We will be back soon…

I have eaten at this restaurant several times but last night was the first time that I would say the service has been less than stellar. The server brought our drinks and took our order and never returned until time to pay the bill. Other staff in the restaurant took care of our drinks, serving our entree, refilling of chips, etc. I didn’t address it at the time because I was with a friend and we were on our way somewhere else and I did not want to linger so I call today and asked for a manager. I was put on a brief hold and another person came to the phone, a female I would assume, who asked me what this was about. And I reiterated again that I needed to speak to a manager. She said the manager was busy and he needed to know what this was about. And I stated again that I would only discuss this with the manager. I didn’t want to discuss this with another employee about one of her co-workers. I don’t think that’s the correct thing to do. The issue was with one specific server and the manager needs to be aware of that and no one else. At which time she finally identified herself as the assistant manager but I have a hard time believing that all of a sudden she wants to identify herself as the assistant manager. So I told her I would be happy to leave my name and phone number and the manager could call me back when he or she had an opportunity and she again proceeded to tell me I could call back or I could tell her the problem. I just hung up the phone and decided to just leave a review instead. I won’t be calling back nor will I be visiting that restaurant again because it sounds like to me the manager is unwilling to address it so why should I even bother.

Had dinner with three friends on a Sunday night and were immediately seated. Ok, we are a bunch of old people and came early before Thanksgiving so ymmv. The chips were good but the salsa was a bit tame for someone from Texas. The La Tradicional margarita was great! Pretty strong too. So that was all good. I went with the Enchiladas Mole with chicken. I always love mole sauce so this did me well. Very tasty. Rice and beans were standard Tex-Mex industrial restaurant fare. The only down side was the music was ridiculously loud. We’re all hard of hearing anyway, so talking loudly wasn’t a problem. But early on a Sunday it seemed a bit much.

Came for an early dinner, around 4:30. Waited a while before we got asked about our drinks. Then mid service switched waiters, so we were a little confused. Ordered the pollo Hawaiian, to discover it was more onions than pineapple and chicken. It’s obvious when places used cheap veggies as a filler…. Other than that the enchiladas I had were very good.

I usually get this delivered and it’s great!! The other day my kids n I actually sat down to eat here. Will Never do it again. Food was not what we wanted or the way we ordered it. Neither of the kids would eat. I managed to at least eat mine, but it wasn’t very good. The service was rather bad too. Apparently everyone else was more important, so we got to sit and wait. Right there we should have left. When you are trying to spend a nice day with the kids this was such a disappointment. The best part was the queso and chips. Only delivery for us from now on. (The ‘kids’ are both teens FYI)

They have young female, hostess employees that are on their phones when you’re trying to order. A customer walks in and asks for her order to go so she looks away from me to accommodate her right in the middle of me processing an order with them. It’s just so frustrating that the youth seem to be disengaged and aloof. Tired of all the excuses. Do better! I’m sure they were frustrated. They didn’t get a tip. That’s a whole Nother topic for another time.

So yummy!! Food was hot and fresh and the cheese dip was amazing and you get great size food portions.. me and my family will be returning soon had a few hiccups with the server I don’t think she liked females but that won’t stop me from returning
