I had been to this cafe years ago to try the Thai basil frog legs, which were a super fun experience, but this was my first trip back in years. The host was so professional and friendly, even though I had a wait, I didn’t mind. It was very busy, (found out later it was prom night). I sat at a lovely little table next to the window.

We went in & were greeted & seated quickly. The owner was there & was so personable with us & made our experience pleasant. It felt like we were eating over at a friends house. The food was super yummy & came out quickly as well. No complaints & we will definitely be back when we are in Helena again.

Finally we found a place for really good Thai food in Montana! I had the phad Thai because that’s the litmus test in Thai food for quality and it was delicious! I’ll be trying the massaman curry next time and see if it is as good as the phad Thai. Food was brought out quickly and the staff was very friendly. We got lucky and it wasn’t too busy on Saturday night. The atmosphere was pleasant except for the people who bring kids to restaurants that can’t sit still and stay at their table. That’s not the restaurant’s fault, that’s a parenting issue. We will definitely be coming back regularly to try all of our favorite dishes. Our only regret is that we didn’t try it sooner but we were intimidated by the lack of parking downtown. Luckily, there is a parking garage right next door.

Sought it out for the Tom Yum soup and it did not disappoint. Loved it. I love spicy and asked for the hottest. It lit me up. Great. Fried Calamari and sushi also good. But don’t miss the soup. Fast service great downtown atmosphere.

Wow! Excellent food. We went with a group of 5 and 3 of us took the unfinished portions to go for the next day’s lunch. There was one little mixup on one order and they made it right immediately. My wife and I shared the lemon grass pork and and ordered of phad Thai. Super tasty! We look forward to going back on our next trip to Helena!

Amazing food! I don’t write reviews often but this place gave us a great birthday dinner experience!! Frog legs, miso soup, Helena roll, shrimp tempura, fried calamari….staff were really friendly, multiple different people checked in with us to see if we needed anything, and food was cooked fast and it was delicious! Thank you Suki Cafe we will definitely be back!
