Ordered pizza for my team at work and what we received was very disappointing. I ordered extra cheese knowing that places these days skimp on toppings to begin with, but there was very little cheese on the pizzas. Also, the crust was far too thin to be the traditional crust. It’s obvious the dough portions have been reduced making the crust thinner. The pizza was not very good at all. Overall, a very poor experience. It’s clear why this location can’t even attain a 3 start rating. Spend your money elsewhere.

This is absolutely the very worse pizza I have ever had. Normally papa johns is good and hot, normally. I am detains disappointed and will never order from this location. We ordered the pizza at 745 it arrived at 915. The pizza wasn’t even warm, the Pepsi was hotter than the pizza and we asked for crush red pepper and wasn’t given a single pack. I tried to call the manager but he never picked up. I was left on hold for over 20 minutes.

Absolutely horrible! This location has completely gone downhill. 9 times out of ten my order is wrong; how difficult is it to remember to put garlic butter on garlic knots? I cannot count how many times I have received dry bread knots.

They use door dash for deliveries and I didn’t know that beforehand so I had a pretty big order and I waited. My order was stolen and I had to leave work to go to the store because no one was picking up the phone anymore. Fortunately the manager there was kind enough to reimburse me the order. Door dash gets away clean. No consequences for stealing my order unfortunately.
