The Asian girl (that I don’t know the name) put a little bit of meat in my bowl after hitting the meat tongs so that the meat fell into the store container and not into the bowl. When she saw my dissatisfied face she asked me if I wanted to pay extra for double meat and I said no, I wanted the regular. She spoke loudly to the other employees: “this is the regular, right?”exposing me to them and the customers behide me and making fun of me. I always eat at Chipotle and I know she doesn’t put the (regular) meat in it. Of course I didn’t want that and I left the store. At that moment she said: “is she mad huh?” laughing, mocking again. I feel totally disrespected by this employee.

It’s clean but the service is lacking. They had me waiting at the counter for about five minutes before I could order. Then she barely opened her mouth to say she was ready and when I asked what she said both employees looked at me like they were scared. Then a white person BARELY WALKED INSIDE in the middle of me being helped and she STOPPED HELPING ME to take his order because god forbid he have to wait like I did.ordered a bowl and wasn’t given any utensils so that was fun to eat

This place is consistently not open on time and severely under portion their orders. Cabo Bobs and Freebirds are much better option imo, no need to support the behemoth that is Chipotle that puts profit over consumer.

Beware for mornings!!!! It does not open on the time listed, I walked up, locked, and the lady inside just looked at me. There was another women that said she was going to stay waiting. Drove back after eating somewhere else, women is still standing there smh. Not in this heat

Did they forget how to cook the rice or something? Been going here for months every day for lunch and for the past 5 days the rice has been severely undercooked to the point of nearly being crunchy. It happened 4 days in a row on white rice and now I switched to the brown rice which is also undercooked. What is going on? You have rice cookers? Did you forget how to use them?
