All 5 stars, especially those for service goes to the Manager Sharleen. She resolved an issue with my brother’s online order that i accidentally forgot to take with me on Tuesday night 7/21/23, after I ordered my food in person at the store. I was not familiar with their cubby place for pick up. We live on the other side of Irvine, so my brother end up going the next day as soon as the store opened to tell them what happened . I’m aware they have a system in place to know, if an order was picked up or not. My brother showed the employee his online receipt and explained what occurred. The male employee was very rude with his gestures, no customer service knowledge & did not even try to help my brother. I was about to give them 1 star (for the delicious food only), but Sharleen went above & beyond providing an excellent experience after I went back to share how disappointed I was with that employee. As Managers, we can train, coach & help our staff to improve in their customer service skills, but there are times when write ups are needed. Sharleen is definitely a good leader & an awesome manager. She enjoys her job – kudos to her !

The food is very salty, chowmein is flowing of oil, orange chicken taste like apple cider vinegar, too sour…. They give small serving not worth on their price, soda in the fountain is tasteless, taste more water than soda. The asian guy cashier talk too much the line is long customer are waiting too slow customer service

A safe choice for some fast and easy takeout. Service is quick as always and food is usually pretty good. You can tell when some of the food has been sitting out so just choose other items that look freshly made. Otherwise, no complaints as the chow mein/ fried rice always fills u up.

So 2 things really bothered me about this place during my last visit enough that I’d be compelled to write a review about it. Firstly, I was in line and got to the front and some old man and his wife blatantly butted in front of me. The staff saw it and did nothing to enforce the line up and just served him. I realize I should say something myself but the staff should not have served him. Ridiculous.

I’ve never liked panda express until I tried this location and I started getting panda express like 2 times a week from this location , after here I have tried 2 other location 1 in anahiem by Disney and one in studio city and I didn’t like it , which is kind of wierd , I thought maybe now I like panda express and would eat it anywhere I go but simply this location the food tastes good

Pretty standard Panda. Some animal spit their gum on the floor and I stepped on it and it ruined my shoes. The food was fresh though.

This Panda Express is truly the best. The food was outstanding, as was the service. Sharleen was so nice and friendly, her store is well stocked, well run and beautiful and clean inside. I loved that you’re actually greeted when you walk in the door, and Sharleen talks to all her customers to make sure their happy. Truly great customer service.
