Decent spot. Service is good. I’m all for the charred texture but they over did mine, which is what it is. Can’t knock them in general..maybe just luck of the draw. I ordered brown rice…that was hard. Combine hard rice with over charred and you get three stars. I will say this..service is prompt and good

Really disappointed with Teriyaki Madness. I ordered the Orange Chicken and it was undercooked, barely any meat and the sauce was water. The staff was unable to help and same with corporate. This place has really gone down hill and it’s not worth it anymore. You’re better off going to Panda Express.

I ordered the brown rice with salmon and veggies. At first I was hesitant cause salmon is involved and I was right. Salmon was a small piece that was over cooked and rubbery. Veggies were scarce and the broccoli was hard. Brown rice was not cooked properly. Overly priced for terrible food. Will never order from here again.

We usually go to the teriyaki madness in Aliante area by lvac after workout. I live closer to this one so ordered here. We ordered a couple of chicken katsu bowls ahead. When my husband went to pick up he asked for extra katsu sauce. They told him they were out but have us the ones with our current katsu orders. THEY HAVE US 1!!! And for a couple of those orders. It would be common sense to notify us ahead or at least when he asked for extra that there was only 1 sauce. Why do we want katsu chicken with no katsu sauce. Then they say they gave us enough for our order but he gets home to find that was false. Costumer service here is terrible. I will only return to the Aliante one as the service there has always been great. Don’t go to this one!!! My daughters katsu was over done (a little burnt) also. I traded her for mine. Won’t come back again.
