I was rudely interrupted by a manager who asked me to unplug my phone in the outlet , while I was eating a meal. Then he proceeded to call the cops over a plugged in phone. Waited long for my food. So I thought I could charge my phone ! Very pathetic service , and disappointing.

Order accuracy is awful. I ordered a bacon burger without onion, tomato, and pickle. Instead I got a bacon burger with pickle and no lettuce. We were the only customers around. Great way to kill someone with allergies! I don’t understand how you can mess up the one order that’s on the screen… Then they ask for a tip on top of it? Avoid this place if you plan on modifying the order. Asking the employees to read is too tall of a request.

We pulled up and wanted to order two kids cheeseburgers after leaving the hospital. The automated message came on and we waited.. and waited.. said hello a few times.. then 8 minutes later they shut the lights on the menu off. So disappointed because I work fast food and my manager would kill me for that. At least tell ya if you’re closing at 6:30 at night so we don’t sit there waiting.

I went here for supper after a very tiresome day, the food was delicious but I asked for marinara sauce but got honey mustard sauce instead, it doesn’t work with what I ordered. So for me this was the first of many trips to this place.It won’t be my last. Screw ups happen. The thing that I found confusing was that when I went to pay for my food I was asked if I wanted to tip them?? This is a bit confusing for me…why for a drive up order do I have to give a tip? I asked if they were getting a pay cut? She didn’t answer I suspect that she couldn’t as per some company policy. I know times are tough but this is just not necessary in my humble opinion.
