What is going on with this location??? Every.Single.Time we order from there its always such horrible customer service, there’s no chicken or you get 1 choice of crispy, grilled or original. You spend $30 for 2 people and you think it would be a wonderful meal but nope it sucks all around. I can remember when this location was amazing and the employees actually were kind and respectful. Sad this Kentucky location turned into a mess and look at all the bad reviews yet the owner fails to get this fixed for the community. This is one restraunt I hope shuts down for good!

Ordered and received my food. Pulled up and parked to check my food as I live 2 hours away. There was a bone from an eaten chicken leg in the bottom of one of my bags of food. Went back around and tried to tell the staff and unfortunately was met with a total lack of compression of what the problem was.

I’ve had my orders messed up 4 times in the last 2 years. I don’t go here often I really enjoy KFC too. This time they did not give me fries and I got two bottom buns for my chicken sandwich Do not order lemonade it tastes like what sewage water smells like. Maybe it’s bad luck or really bad service.

I ordered from this location and I got a 1/2 gallon of lemonade. At first I thought it was just us and a bad taste, 2 other people fast the rotten milk. I called and spoke with the so called manager and told her of the issue and she stated that there was no manager, she can’t give out the store managers name nor can she give out the company she works for. This is discussing. If I could rate a negative star I would.

We ordered a family bucket with 2 extra sides, paid for them but never got them and when we went back for them they smelled like toilet water. We threw them out and will never order from there again. The attitudes and service were terrible. I wouldn’t give them a single star in any category
