Shequari was fantastic! I have NEVER had this level of customer service at a fast food restaurant. EVER! After serving patrons, she checked at every single table to ensure everyone had what they needed and that the food was good. Further, she constantly kept busy making sure the dining area was swept and clean. If I was a business owner, I would literally try and steal her as an employee -she was EXCELLENT!

I don’t eat here often, however my last experience was per usual the food was hot and fresh. The wait is always a little long but worth it. I always recommend the fish and chicken platter. Yes, Long John Silvers has chicken and it’s actually some of the best fried white meat chicken I’ve had. The hushpuppies are always great, fries are fries nothing too special, but the seasoned green beans for a side is where it’s at. Highly recommend giving this location a try.

So after my visit tonight I added a couple stars. We are in the middle of an employee pandemic. (AKA short staffed everywhere) I pulled up and was 6th in line. Sigh, but I waited to get the spouse his favorite fast meal. I heard the guy on the speaker tell the car ahead of me the wait could be 10 to 15 minutes for them. At this point I may as well stay. Got to the speaker and got the same 10 to 15 minutes speech. Ordered and pulled forward. Thankfully my wait was less. A lot less. The guy at the window was extremely friendly, thorough, and obviously working his hind end off. Got my food, hot and fresh and the order was correct. Thank you for a positive experience during these crazy times.

Ordered online for pickup. They made me wait 30 minutes after my pickup time saying they were out and had to cook more… despite serving the 4 people in front of me. I got 7/9 pieces of chicken, cold because they had boxed it before I got there. Drinks were down and refused a refund, then got rude with me. Won’t ever be going back. 0 stars.

Long line of cars in the drive thru that didn’t move for like 10 minutes. There are multiple signs saying the dining room is open yet the doors are locked. I placed my order online and just want to pick it up, but there is no way to inform them I am here except for waiting in line in the drive thru. What is the point of ordering ahead?

The chicken planks were cooked in old oil. Looked and tasted terrible. Cold soggy fries. Didn’t bother asking for food to be remade as two managers were present and active in serving my food.
